Y est évoqué mon séjour d’études en 1987 à HANOI, les photos de cette période, mon livre et mon travail de Photos, réalisé à l’occasion de ma venue en 2025, pour la parution du livre « Hà Nội 1987 » et l’exposition à la « Biennale de Photo Hanoi’25 », à la recherche d’un Vietnam, plus traditionnel, dans les KTT (logement sociaux et joueurs d’échecs ), les mégas projets immobiliers et une rencontre avec une famille qui a reconnu dans mes photos, leurs mère et grand-mère.

An article in « Công an Nhân dân » (the “People’s Public Security” newspaper), the official journal of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam.
It mentions my study stay in Hanoi in 1987, the photographs from that period, my book, and my photographic work carried out during my return in 2025, on the occasion of the publication of the book «Hà Nội 1987» and the exhibition at the « Hanoi Photo Biennale 2025 », in search of a more traditional Vietnam, in the KTT (collective housing and chess players), large-scale real estate projects, and an encounter with a family who recognized their mother and grandmother in my photographs.

Le photographe français Jean-Charles Sarrazin a publié son livre de photos « Hanoi 1987 », documentant la vie à Hanoi pendant une période de changements importants, parallèlement à un Vietnam qui reste riche en identité et porteur d'émotion.

Một Hà Nội của gần bốn mươi năm trước, giản dị, mộc mạc và đầy sức sống, đã được tái hiện qua ống kính của nhiếp ảnh gia, họa sĩ người Pháp Jean-Charles Sarrazin. Những tấm ảnh này được tái hiện trong cuốn sách ảnh “Hà Nội 1987”.
